Requirement:
• Reporting directly to the Chairman, Board of directors.
• The prospective candidates must have the vision, focus and drive for taking executive decisions that will take the financial institution to the next level of the owner's vision.
• A good university degree with a minimum of second class upper division.
• Postgraduate qualification in MBA, MSC will be an added advantage.
• A minimum of 10 years cognate experience in the banking industry.
