- Shall see to the day to day running of the hospital and will be reporting to the Chairman.
- Must be practicing Medical Doctor and should possess post (NYSC) practicing experience of not less than 15/10 years respectively.
- Fellowship in General Practice will be an advantage.
- He must possess a vivid administrative ability.
