Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore, as part of its mission to foster relationships with developing countries, has developed a special program for students from the African continent. This program will enable students to study on a full or partial scholarship for degree programs taught in English at UCSC's Milan Campus.
UCSC is pleased to offer for the 2012/2013 academic year again 12 full scholarships that include tuition and board for eligible students from the following African countries:
• Northern Africa: Libya and Egypt
• Western Africa: Ghana and Nigeria
• Eastern Africa: Kenya, Ethiopia and Uganda
• Southern Africa: Republic of South Africa, Botswana and Zimbabwe
Students either citizens or residents of the above countries may apply for these scholarships that are applicable only for the following degree programs taught in English:
• International MBA in Global Business & Sustainability
• Master in Banking and Finance (Laurea Magistrale)
• Master in Economics (Laurea Magistrale)
• Master in International Management (Laurea Magistrale)
• Master in Corporate Communication
• Master of International Relations
• Master in International Cooperation and Development
The full scholarships include tuition and board for the duration of the program.
Candidates that do not qualify for the full scholarship may be selected for the partial scholarships that cover part of tuition, whereas all other living costs and travel will be at the expense of the student. Do note that recipients of a full scholarship should expect to cover additional living expenses for the duration of the program estimated at a minimum of €250 per month, whereas the partial scholarship recipients should expect to cover a minimum of €850 per month for rent and food.

Admission requirements for all programs include completion of at least a Bachelor Degree from a recognized university and IELTS 6.0 or equivalent if English is not the official language in your country. For the MBA at least three years of work experience and GMAT/GRE are required (students can apply without a GMAT/GRE score; however this test has to be taken before program commencement).

Personal interviews will take place in January/February 2012 for September intakes and August 2012 for January intakes. For full scholarships attendance in an interview is compulsory. Applications that are received after the interview sessions will be considered for partial scholarships if places are still available and/or for future intakes.
