• Demonstrated understanding of sales process, ability to build strong relationships and close business.
• Excellent knowledge of commercial and contract language.
Duties/Responsibilities:
• Responsible for developing and meeting sales growth targets in the scope of responsibility.
• Manages product line sales and account representatives.
• Ensures the implementation of marketing plans for development of new business within the scope of responsibility.
• Maintains the customer base, including existing customers, acquisition of new customers, and penetrates new markets.
• Manages sales employee performance development, technical and non-technical training.
