Shortly after Nigerian President Goodluck Jonathan read his Nation's 2012 budget, the finance minister and one time World Bank MD, Ngozi Onkonjo Iweala, has denied claims that she single-handedly wrote the document.
Responding to sceptics who claimed that the style and language of the grammatically correct document was not in keeping with Mr President's style, the minister explained that many heads go into preparing the budget.
The minister however declined to point out what sections she was responsible for, and when asked about a particular item, she referred to hand written notes from a dossier she had with her.
