Job Title: Commercial Manager
Job Description:
• Candidate is required to manage the company's commercial department and will be responsible for drafting proposals/tenders, implementing contract management procedures, project planning/scheduling procedures, procurements and managing the Commercial/Contracts Team.
Qualification:
• University degree in Engineering (Mechanical or Electrical), Quantity Survey.
• A minimum of 10 years relevant work experience in contracting with substantial exposure to both commercial and technical aspect of same.
• Project Management Certification will be an added advantage.
• Proficiency in the use of Ms Project or Primavera is essential.
Skills:
• Ability to review terms and conditions of contract.
• Flair for discussing engineering projects.
• Ability to prepare proposals and tenders.
• Technical competence in formation of contracts.
• Time management and analytical skill.
• Ability to multitask.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English.
• Administrative and organizational skills.
