Title: Akele charges Lagos govt on tolling, LASU fee hike

A human rights group, Human Rights Defenders Network HURIDEN, has charged Lagos State Government to suspend tolling on Lekki- Epe Expressway and conduct a plebiscite to determine whether Lagosians want it or not.
