Job Title: Operation Manager

Location: Lagos

Job Objective:

•   The candidate will be responsible for coordinating, managing and providing leadership.

•   She/he will oversee the day to day operations and activities of the company and maintain good working relationship with other stakeholders.

Knowledge, Skills and Competencies:

•   Good working knowledge of the hospital industry.

•   Managing, planning, directing and organizational skills.

•   Leadership skills.

•   Excellent communication skills.

•   Ability to work in a multinational environment.

•   Excellent public relations.

•   Team building skills.

•   Proficiency in the use of Microsoft office tools.

Minimum Qualification and Experience:

•   A good first degree in Social sciences, Hotel Management or any Business related discipline from a reputable university.

•   A second degree, MBA or professional qualification will be an added advantage.

•   10 years cognate experience, 3 years of which must have been on a managerial position.
