THE JOB: – Assist with development of talent management policies and framework. – Assist with employee engagement that aligns talent management objectives with corporate goals. – Design framework for implementing & evaluating talent management initiatives. – Provide research on all talent management activities.
QUALIFICATION: – BSc/BA with at least a second class upper class of degree. – 5 O' level credits including Mathematics & English Language
THE PERSON: – Effective verbal and written communication skills. – Report writing and presentation skills – Ability to articulate value of integrated talent management practices. – Flexibility in order to adapt to varying and changing demands – Good organisational, client relationship and interpersonal skills. – Creativity, teamwork and initiative – Excellent IT skills
EXPERIENCE: – Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role. – Experience designing templates and business process documents.
