Title: Fashola signs N491.8bn 2012 budget into law

Amidst protests in parts of Lagos State due to the removal of oil subsidy by the Federal Government, Governor Babatunde Fashola of Lagos State, yesterday, signed into law, the N491.941 billion 2012 budget for the state.
