Role Summary/Purpose
The ITP Account Manager for Energy Services will provide leadership in developing strategy, operational plans and metrics for expanding role and driving effectiveness, growth and risk management of authorized Independent Third Parties (ITP)

Essential Responsibilities
* Active contribution to achieve the annual operation plan within the assigned ITPs in the region.
* Develop, implement and execute sales strategies to support profitable growth of ES P&Ls through the assigned ITPs.
* Develop, implement and own commercial business plans with assigned ITPs in coordination with the regional sales team and P&Ls.
* Conduct quarterly performance reviews with assigned ITPs.
* Track compliance, due diligence and policy reviews.
* Conduct quarterly ITP audits.
* Support PIMA (Partner Information Management Application) and partner agreement structuring.
* Influence and recommendations on strategic relationships that contribute / drive orders and sales for ES.
* Coordinate and provide leadership to Marketing for communications, programs and promotions.
* Work with other ES functional leadership teams to lead integrated solutions supporting the overall improvement of ITP effectiveness.
* Work with ES Regional Sales Team and P&L leaders to identify and suggest ITPs that should be added, expanded or terminated.
* Support ITP management, new ITPs appointment, tracking and trigger proactive agreements renewals and participate in approval process.
* Support ITP operations, orders validation, collections tracking and commissions payment.
* Involve on ITP day to day operations, relationship management.
* Create and implement an ITP development plan.

Qualifications/Requirements
* Bachelors degree in Engineering discipline from an accredited university or college.
* 5+ years working experience in the Energy Industry or related.
* * Strong Commercial and Sales Skills.
* 2+ years of leadership experience.
* Strong communication skills to work in a global environment. Results oriented.
* Well organized, ability to prioritize, motivate and lead teams.
* Multi-tasked and able to meet tight deadlines.
* Bilingual English and French
* Frequent traveller.

Desired Characteristics
* Masters degree in Business Administration is preferred
