All figures and conversions done in Naira (NGN). OPEC Member country Fuel Price Per liter and Minimum Wage paid by their government to their citizens.

1. Venezuela 3.61/ N95,639
2. Kuwait 34.54 / N161,461
3. S/Arabia 25.12/ N99,237
4. Iran 102.05/ N86,585
6. Qatar 34.54/ N101,250
7. UAE 78.18 / -
8. Algeria 63.55/ N55,957

11. Nigeria 142 / N18,000?

NON-OPEC:
1. USA 157.00/ N197,296
2. UK 334.41/ N295,644
3. Oman 48.67 / N91,583

With the figures above, it clearly shows that Nigeria's oil is the costliest among OPEC member states, and with the lowest minimum wage to its citizen.
