Job Title: Marketing Officer and Customer Service Consultant

Location: Lagos.

Company: Databank Research & Investment Ltd

Sector: Research, Business Development and Consultancy

Job Objective: Marketing Telecommunications and Aviation service products.

Skills and Competencies:

•   Ability to work independently with little or no supervision-persistent and supportive attitude

•   Self-managed, with excellent organizational ability

•   Ability to interact with all cadres of people

•   Ability to work under pressure

•   Proactive, resourceful and efficient, with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality

•   Excellent written and verbal communication skills

•   Strong decision-making ability and attention to detail

•   Knowledge of customer service principles and practices

•   Ability to multi-task including ability to understand multiple service products and multiple levels of benefits within each product

•   Proficiency in the use of Ms Word, Excel, Power point.

Requirements:

•   B.SC/HND in any discipline at least Second class lower division/ upper credit;

•   Work Experience 2years minimum;

•   Age not more than 30years.

Additional Requirement: •   Relevant Professional qualifications will be considered •   Professionalism, dynamism and resourcefulness will be added advantage. Note: Only shortlisted candidates will be invited for written and oral test/interview.
