Job Description:
This is a newly arisen position that our client is looking for an experienced market research leader.:
• Identify areas of business opportunity and growth and maintaining good
relationships with current clients
• Contribute to the overall strategic planning of the team and deployment of resources
• Achieve revenue, quality of delivery and productivity targets for the team
• Develop plans for cross selling and inititate new services to existing clients
• Participate in the development, research and launch of new services
• Drive the maximization of client satisfaction
• By developing strategic initiatives, be the product champion in advising clients
• Be the owner in attracting, training and development high potentials in the team

Desired Skills & Experience:
• University graduate in Marketing, Statistics or in related field required; Master holder preferred
• 10 years + experience in market research/ FMCG / Service / Retail industry with proven leadership skills
• Strong Client Focus and Proactiveness
• Working knowledge of statistics and multivariate analysis; be familiar with quantitative research techniques and
methodologies
• A good command of spoken and written English
• Effective writing skills
