Job Title: Plant Manager

Brief Description of Duties:
• Overview the technical and managerial aspects of the Plant Department, including those of the quarries, stores, asphalt plants and batching plants.
• Coordinate the functions, procurement and mobilization/demobilization of Plant facilities and personnel for various projects.
• Provide specialized expertise and advice to the areas of operations on all related Plant aspects.
• Coordinate with the Estimating Department for economic plant usage and selection for various types of plant application.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum of 15 years experience in repair, maintenance and management of large road construction fleet of equipment.
• At least 5 years experience in similar position with proven record.
