Job Description:
• To achieve the sales target ,business strategies, design and implement tactics, and meet revenue, trading and economic profit and cost targets agreed in annual budget and medium term plans by executing the sales business plan of Employee Banking
• To assist in developing awareness for Payroll, collaborate with WB and SME Businesses to increase customer base in Wealth management by leveraging on new and existing relationships within the Bank.
• Organise various sales initiatives e.g. seminars, presentations, social / club engagements, sponsorships, promotions to better position bank and increase WM visibility
• To assist in creating a strong product offering by providing market feedback and monitoring trends locally and abroad.
• To achieve balanced growth of the business by growing the number and quality of Payroll accounts and products on offer to clients

Qualifications & Skills
• At least 7 years' experience in consumer financial services.
• Thorough knowledge of the Bank's products, services and delivery channels available to WM & CTB Customers.
• Thorough knowledge of the Bank's Procedure and Policies
• Excellent Sales and Customer Relationship skills.
• A self-driven individual with good motivational skills.
• Effective writing and presentation skills in English.
• Ability to plan daily/periodic operations
• Strong customer service orientation
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Salesmanship, energy and drive
• Sound knowledge of administrative procedures
