Below are the main scholarships provided in NewZealand by New Zealand government for international students.
(a) NZAID Study Awards
The Study Award covers tuition fees, economy fare travel, and a basic living allowance with provision for accommodation expenses.
Assistance is also provided for course-related costs and medical insurance.
The awards are offered to students from the Pacific, Asian and Latin American regions nominated by the government of their home country.

(b) New Zealand International Doctoral Research Scholarships
These scholarships provide financial support for students from designated countries undertaking doctoral degrees by research in New Zealand universities.
