An N500million has been instituted against the Nigeria Police Force as special and general damages and compensations by one Mrs. Evelyn Egbine and her three years old son, Master Goodluck Egine for their alleged torture and detention by some policemen attached to the State Criminal Investigation Department (CID) of the Edo State Police Command.
