Requirement:
• The consultant will oversee research and consulting activities and is also expected to assist in the development of new business in Nigeria and beyond.
• A proven track record in tendering and delivering large-scale multi-donor funded projects in education and training.
• Ability to draft detailed proposals as part of the tendering process.
• Previous experience in curriculum and course development for training.
• Good stakeholder and syndication skills as well as the ability to engage with senior policy makers and stakeholders.
• Previous managerial experience including staff responsibility.
• Previous project management exposure 9certification will be an advantage).
• Excellent academic qualifications (minimum Masters Level-in education or business.
• An MBA will be an advantage.
• Excellent communication and in particular he/she must have good report writing skills.
• Working knowledge of French would be desirable.
• This role will ideally suit a self starter and dynamic professional who is happy to work as part of a small team.
