Israeli startup Appoxee (http://appoxee.com/) has raised an undisclosed amount of funding (http://www.crunchbase.com/company/appoxee) from early-stage investment firm Cyhawk Ventures (http://www.cyhawk.com/the-venture/cyhawk-ventures/).
The company offers a service that helps app developers and publishers increase user engagement through rich push notifications (http://appoxee.com/features-message.html) and helps them with things like audience segmentation, targeting, analytics and reporting.
