Job Description:
• The Accounts and Billing Executive is a three part job role consisting of: disbursement and posting of petty cash, delivering efficient & consistent front and back office customer service, as well as overseeing & monitoring customer invoice/billing systems and software.
• The position is a customer focused role requiring attention to detail, administrative skills and the ability to prioritize work and remain calm under pressure. The successful candidate must be a team player and is expected to liaise with accounts/finance, service delivery, marketing and sales, and network engineers as and when required.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Handle petty cash disbursement and posting
• Provide general customer service and advice to clients
• Handle Account Receivables for clients and follow up on payment
• Handle billings and input data as and when required in the relevant software
• Set up a tracking system for customer invoices, create & send invoices as and when due
• Send mails, brief,and updates to clients.
• Follow up with the engineers after every installation to ensure the database is updated.
• Follow up with the engineers for Retrievals to be done whenever the need arises.
• Follow up with the engineers on any support related issues with a client and make sure the issueis sorted out within the shortest possible time
• Handle any other duties as assigned by management or supervisor
• Provide help and advice to customers on our products and services
• Communicate courteously with customers during telephone, email, letter and face to face conversations
