Job Title: Finance & Compliance Officer

Reports to Grants and Compliance Manager

Project/Program: CHARIS Project   

Sector: NGO

Organisation: Christian Health Association of Nigeria (CHAN)

Job Responsibilities:

•   Point of Service Financial Oversight

•   Review SDF financial reports on site.

•   Review SDF valid documentation that supports the financial reports on site.

•   Coordinate with CHAN program manager on timely submission of SDF's expense reports for liquidation of advances.

•   Review SDF's expense reports for accuracy.

•   Communicate with CHAN Grants and Compliance manager on questions and concerns related to SDF expense reports.

•   Develop written liquidation notes for submission and review by the CHAN Grants and Compliance manager.

•   Develop notes on justification of all rejected expenses included in that month's
