Job Title: Grants and Compliance Manager

Reports to Chief of Party

Project/Program: CHARIS Project   

Sector: NGO

Organisation: Christian Health Association of Nigeria (CHAN)

Primary Function:

•   The Grants and Compliance Manager is responsible for budget monitoring and compliance oversight of the USG awards and all related SDF finance issues.

•   The Grants &Compliance Manager will develop and implement strategy to prevent or reduce compliance-related liabilities.

•   S/he supervises a team of compliance staff.

•   The person is responsible for development of Grants and Compliance curriculum.

Qualification/Experience:

•   A Masters degree in accounting or related field,

•   A professional qualification in accounting (ACCA, CPA or equivalent),

•   Six years relevant post-qualification experience, of which three years should be at supervisory level in PEPFAR USG and USAID Grants and compliance management.

•   Auditing and training experiences are desirable.

•   Excellent spreadsheet skills
