Blue Ivy Carter is officially ready for her first close-up. Beyonce and Jay-Z have released the first public photos of their new bundle of joy, in a posting on Jay-Z's official site on Friday. With a full head of hair, and big beautiful eyes, the photos show both parents beaming, with mom Beyonce and dad Jay-Z holding their newborn daughter.
