A People's Democratic Party, PDP, governorship aspirant in Kogi state and former Director of Pension in the office of the Head of the Civil Service of the Federation, Dr Shuaibu Sani Teidi, has testified before a Federal High court sitting in Kaduna that Muhammad El Ameen Al Haleel, who is being prosecuted by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC, collected the sum of N60m from him.
