Super Falcons striker Perpetua Nkwocha was last week honoured in Owerri with a Merit Award by the Chairperson of the Imo State House of Assembly Committee on Women, Youth and Sports, Adaku Ihuoma for winning the African Footballer of the Year Award for four years consecutively and also for making Imo state proud. In this interview with Sunday Vanguard sports, she says she regrets missing out of the 2012 Olympics in London and also weeps for the younger players. Excerpts
