The Centre for Open Distance and elearning (CODeL) wishes to inform all candidates who applied for admission into Federal University of Technology, Minna for the 2011/2012 academic session that they are to check the Centre's website for further information on their admission status.

CODeL accepts two methods of payment for registration fee:
(i) Online payment
(ii) Bank payment

Procedure for Bank deposit
(i) Pay the sum of N5,000.00 and obtain a valid Bank teller
(ii) Scan the teller in a JPC format and send it through e-mail to codelpay@futminna.edu.ng stating your CODeL student registration number or take the Bank teller to the University Cash Office to obtain an official receipt and submit the receipt to the IT Department of CODeL.
Meanwhile, the Centre invites applications from suitably qualified candidates for admission into the following undergraduate programmes:

• Cyber Security Science - CSS

• (Education) - MPE
Admission Requirements:
• The minimum entry requirement is five (5) O'Level (SSCE/NECO/GCE/NABTEB or other equivalent) credits at not more than two sittings including: English Language, Mathematics and Physics plus any other two from Sciences, Geography and Economics.
• Applicants must have scored the JAMB minimum cut off point at Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME). However, candidates who meet the minimum O'Level requirement can also apply.
Duration of Programmes:
• The minimum period is 10 academic semesters.
• Nevertheless, a candidate is free to work at his/her own pace towards graduation.
Method of Application:
• The entire process is online.
• Visit the centre's website: (FUT MINNA CODeL 2011/2012 Admission Status (http://u.theinfostrides.com/SjSBT)) or (Federal University of Technology Minna (http://u.theinfostrides.com/n6VK2)) and pay a fee of five thousand Naira (N5,000.00) only by using either Mastercard, Visacard, Vervecard or interswitch card.
• Complete the application form by clicking on registration on the web page.
• On completion, the candidate can save and re-open the form as may be required before submission. Submit your form by clicking the "submit" button.
• Upon submission, you will receive a confirmation notice of the status of your application.
