LAGOS — The Institute of Chartered Economists of Nigeria, ICEN, has asked the Federal Government to review all its obsolete aviation laws in view of its failure to penalise the British Airways, BA and Virgin Atlantic Airways, VAA, following their alleged breach of passenger fuel surcharge, agreement which is a major component of the fare paid by air passengers.
