Our client is a leading multi-million dollar Company in the Electrical Power and Construction Sectors in Nigeria. They require exceptional talent in their Human Resources Department. Compensation Manager will design, implement, manage, and evaluate organizational total compensation and benefits philosophies and strategies with a linkage to organization's short and long term objectives. Develop, implement, and administer the company's salaries and bonuses plus employee benefits, such as pensions, life insurance, profit sharing, company cars and medical insurance as well as arranging relocation and hiring packages.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business or a related field.
• Masters degree and one or more HR certifications preferred. Minimum of 5 years progressively responsible HR experience with at least 3years managing compensation and benefits administration.
