SYNCiTunes is a small, free app that can keep the iTunes library up to date and in-sync with all external changes.
SYNCiTunes injects your music into your iTunes library with a fair degree of fine control over the process including the ability to exclude albums with missing data, files already in iTunes, and more.
SYNCiTunes will also update tag changes made outside of iTunes, which is great for those who don't like doing any serious tag editing in iTunes.
