• Direct the activities of contracts management from simple, routine to highly complex contractual arrangements of strategic importance to the company.
• Direct identification, development and implementation of entire range of contract formation, negotiation and administration policies and processes in accordance with customer expectations and corporate objectives.
Qualification:
• Advanced degree and 10+ years business experience is typical.
• Experience generally includes significant technical knowledge, and/or experience in international contracting, joint venture formation, strategic partnering, or other highly complex contractual arrangements.
