Requirement:

•   The ideal candidate for this position should be between 35-45 years.

•   Possess university degree in Social Sciences management or Humanities with a master's degree in Business Administration or its equivalent.

•   The candidate is expected to have at least 5 years experience as a senior manager in a reputable company.

•   He must possess good knowledge of Nigerian Labour Law and high level skills in Administration.

•   Human Resource development plans personnel and Industrial relations are essential.

•   The candidate must be active members of chartered institute of personnel Management.

•   He must be computer literate.
