Title: Supreme Court Reinstates sacked Kwara CJ

The Supreme Court yesterday in a unanimous judgment ordered the Kwara State to reinstate its former Chief Judge, Justice Raliat Elelu-Habeeb who was sacked in 2009 by the former Governor, Dr. Bukola Saraki.
