ALTHOUGH Mrs. Uche Ekwunife of the All Progressives Grand Alliance (APGA) has been returned as the winner of Wednesday's Anaocha/Njikoka/Dunukofia Federal Constituency, Anambra, re-run polls, the last has not been heard on the exercise.
