Description:
• Lead a group of tendering engineers dealing with technical, commercial and contractual aspects of tenders in reviewing tender documents, schedules, bills of quantities; Prepare estimates of required resources and costs and works out construction methodologies and subcontracting needs.
• Communicate with clients as required and work to ensure optimum tender price as well as effective cost of material and supplies.
Qualifications:
• Degree in electrical engineering with relevant experience.
• 7 to 12 yrs in tendering and business development experience for EPC projects.
• Must have cost estimation expertise.
