AHEAD of Edo State Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, governorship primaries, which come up weekend in Benin, one of its governorship aspirants, Mr. Kelvin Aigbe, yesterday in Benin announced his withdrawal from the race and pitched his tent with Major General Charles Airhiavbere (rtd), one of the governorship aspirants from Edo South Senatorial zone.
