Requirement:
• He/she must understand the packaging of EDL Estate development loan either through the Federal Mortgage Bank, Commercial Bank and Primary Mortgage institutions.
• He/she must be able to draw both foreign and local real estate investors/partners to the company.
• He/she must have a proven track record on a similar job.
