Job Title: Performance Analyst
Department: Human Resources
Location: Lagos
Job Description:
• Participate in setting/developing performance management strategy, framework and aids
• Maintain and update database of performance appraisals and reports at the end of each performance cycle
• Provide support in the implementation of IPF (Integrated Performance Framework) across the organisation
• Provide awareness to staff regarding the IPF (Integrated Performance Framework) and recognition programmes
• Assist with the implementation and coordination of employee performance management Policy Processes &Procedures and communication.
• Assist Human Resources recognition scheme (Human Resources Executive Award) across Human Resources Division
• Provide general Human Resources performance reports and specific IPF(Integrated Performance Framework) reports as requested
• Assist and implement the MTN recognition programme (Y'elloStars) across the organisation
• Maintain the performance management database and files – electronic and physical databases
Job Conditions: General working conditions May be required to work extra hours
Reporting To: Performance Specialist
Required Skills:
• 4 years experience, including 2 years in performance management/coordinating staff recognition programmes.
• Experience in a project management environment.
Employment Status: Permanent
Qualification: First degree preferably in the social sciences or any other relevant degree
