Following the earlier position of the Nigerian Bar Association, NBA, on the incidences of corruption in the justice delivery system and the fact that some lawyers and judges were involved in the perilous conduct, the association has set up a committee to identify those involved in the unwholesome practice, investigate same and refer them to the anti-corruption and law enforcement agencies for prosecution.
