SOUTH-SOUTH leaders have admonished the Igbo ethnic nationality to celebrate and not weep for the Ikemba of Nnewi, the late Dim Chukwuemeka Odumegwu Ojukwu, saying he was an outstanding Nigerian with exceptional qualities.
