Job Description:
The ideal candidate will lead the company's financial accounting, reporting and control activities across the organization and ensure they are carried out efficiently, effectively and in line with best practices.

Desired Skills & Experience:
• This is a hands on position that requires working knowledge of accounting disciplines such as, financial accounting, compliance reporting and budget preparation as well as systems development and improvement is essential. A working knowledge of the Aviation Industry is a very strong advantage.
• HND/B.Sc in Accounting, Finance, Economics or any other Commercial Course. A Post Graduate degree in Finance is very desirable
• Academic Qualification – ACA, ACCA. CIMA.
• Must have at least five years senior accounting experience incorporating analysis and problem solving principles within a small to medium organization.
• Must possess strong interpersonal skills, and effective communication both verbal and written. The ability to lead a small team to achieve department and business finance demands is fundamental as is maintaining a high degree of sensitivity and confidentiality.
