Job Specification:
• Manage all packaging related activities in line with the organizations business plans
• Manage all major packaging change projects
• Assess and audit all new and current packaging suppliers as and when required
• Raise specifications in a timely manner
• Lead packaging Margin Improvements
• Work closely with and mentor/train subordinates
• Seek out innovative options for our current and new packaging projects
• Assist in standardizing all our packaging
• Ensure that all packaging meet the regulatory / standards requirements
• Introduce systems/paperwork for all our processes
• Assist in purchasing packaging equipment
• Support our technical team to resolve packaging related issues

Reports to Senior Manager Packaging
Qualification:
• Minimum BSC (Minimum Second Class Lower) / HND (Minimum Lower Credit) from a reputable university, either in Nigeria or abroad, in food, science or Engineering related fields.
• A diploma from the UK institute of packaging an M.Sc (Sciences or Social sciences) or an MBA will be an added advantage.
Person Specification:
Minimum 5 years work experience in an FMCG company or/and a research agency within a Packaging environment is essential
