Job Title: Assistant Contract Adviser
Requirement:
• A good university degree in Accounting/ MBA plus Commercial Law or Engineering plus MBA or Commercial Law
• Minimum of 8 years of contracts administration experience preferably on oil and gas engineering projects.
• Experience executing oil and gas engineering contracts.
• Adept at the development of detailed contractual terms and conditions.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Experience working effectively with engineers and understand their technical plans and specifications.
• Experience in project management, sourcing and establishing relationships to win business for the company.
