President of the Senate, David Mark, yesterday underwent a treatment at the National Hospital, Abuja. A statement yesterday by Mark's Chief Press Secretary, Mr. Paul Mumeh, said his principal was in the hospital for tooth extraction.
The statement said the Senate president arrived the hospital at 10:00 am and was ushered into the theatre by Consultant Maxillo - Facial Surgeon, Dr Bayo Aluko-Olokun. It said the treatment lasted 25 minutes after which Mark left the hospital having been certified fit by a team of doctors. The statement also quoted the surgeon as saying that Mark was in good stead; and his personal physician, Dr David Ukoha, as expressing satisfaction with the treatment
