JOB TITLE: Chief Operations Officer
LOCATION: Lagos

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Direct and participate in growth activities including establishment of JVs, registration of new entities, Acquisitions etc.
• Assist in market development, including participation in road shows, bank meetings etc.
• Lead and Manage business change projects related to the firm's structure, business operations and financial management
• Communication with regulators, rating agencies, tax authorities and other external bodies
• Maintain control systems to ensure the integrity, accuracy and completeness of the accounting records
• Assist CEO in managing corporate governance and internal controls
QUALIFICATION/EXPERIENCE
• Degree from a reputable institution
• Masters' Degree will be an added advantage
• 7 years working experience
• Strong inter-personal skills
• Ability to integrate with a strong team spirit environment
• Ability to grow with the organization, fostered by entrepreneurial drive.
• Teamwork, Strong leadership, stress resistance, numeracy, marketing skills, commercial sense
