Duties and Responsibilities:
• Plan, direct and coordinate activities of purchasing materials, services and products.
• Analyze market and delivery systems in order to assess present and future material requirements.
• Raise, review purchase orders, claims and contracts in conformity with company's policies.
• Keeping track of current inventory as well as anticipating the organization future needs.
• Ensure availability of material and dispatch of finished goods in a cost effective manner.
Qualification and Experience:
• First degree in Engineering or related courses from a reputable university or institute of higher learning.
• MBA or PG diploma in Supply Chain management.
• A minimum of 10 years hand on job experience preferably in Construction/Manufacturing Company in Procurement of MEP and HVAC items.
• At least 40 years of age.
