Local Terms and Conditions
The Finance Coordinator for Europe will provide financial oversight and support to the Head of Europe and team. This role is responsible for monitoring financial management and performance of countries in the Group, ensuring compliance with global standards, systems and processes, encouraging adoption of best practices, and strengthening the financial capacity, engagement and mutual accountability of Finance teams in the Group.
It will further provide strategic financial support to the Head of Europe and designated Directorate in strategic planning, reporting, analysis and risk management, with a focus on finance implications of fundraising models. It also ensures the finance management of the IS Hub of AAI in Brussels.
