LCU screening forms can be downloaded from our website or procured with a non-refundable fee of Ten Thousand, Five Hundred Naira (N10,500) by bank draft payable to Lead City University, Ibadan. Completed application forms should be returned to the Admissions officer, Lead City University P.O Box 1267, Dugbe Ibadan. Tel: 08030530351 or at the Liaison Office (Osborne Road, Ikoyi).
