Properly completed application forms and photocopies of birth certificates, 3 copies of O'level results and 5 recent passport photographs. 2012 JAMB registration Slip and other relevant documents must be RETURNED to the REGISTRAR, ADELEKE UNIVERSITY, Ede, Osun State, Nigeria .
AU-Post UTME Screening
The date and full detailed information for the screening exercise will be communicated on the website or upon request from 0803 396 3519 or 0806 161 1388.
Adeleke University has scheduled its post- UTME screening exercise to hold on 10th July, 2012 by 11:00am prompt (AND SUBSEQUENTLY EVERYDAY) for candidates as follows:
ELEGIBILIY
i. UTME: Those that choose Adeleke University as 1st or 2nd choice and all interested candidates who obtained the UTME cut-off scores of 180 and above:
ii. DIRECT ENTRY: Candidates with 'A' Level certificate/First degree/University Diploma/OND/HND (lower Credit) who had applied through JAMB direct entry for admission.
iii. PRE-DEGREE: Candidates with less than 180 or have one O Level credit deficiency.

Adeleke University has announced its second batch post-UTME exercise. The Second Post-UTME screening exercise holds on 30th August, 2012 by 10.00a.m prompt.
