Title: FOOD PROCESSING Company recruiting in 5 positions

A food processing company located at Ikoga, near Agbara Estate, along the Lagos – Badagry Expressway is about to commence operations and is looking for qualified candidates to fill the following vacancies.

1. FACTORY SUPERVISOR/MANAGER

Responsibilities

- Oversight functions of the operations/Management of the Company

- Ensure & Manage Company to profitability

- Drive Corporate Vision and Brand Management of The Company

- Contribute ideas to Management for achievement of corporate goals

- Manage community relations within the neighbourhood

Qualification/Skill requirements

- A good 1st Degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or its equivalent

-  4 - 5 years experience in a food processing orgnisation

- Good electrical/mechanical troubleshooting skills

- General Industria automation knowledge

- Strong presentation skills and ability to work under pressure

- Strong Team working ability with excellent leadership skills.

- Proficiency in use of MS office packages

2. PROCUREMENT OFFICER

Responsibilites

- Solicit bids for raw materials supply/liaise with co-operatives for raw materials negotiation & supply

- Forecasting & quantification of required materials & supply time frames

- Liaise with lab for quality testing before & after deliveries

- Provide guidance to Management on procurement & storage related issues to ensure NAFDAC standard requirements.

Qualification/Skill requirements

- Bachelor's degree/HND in Agric Studies/supply chain logistics or any other relevant discipline

- Min of 2 years relevant expereince

- Negotiation abilities at all levels with suppliers

- Strong MS office software skills.

3. LAB SUPPORT OFFICER

- Provide support in delivery of high quality raw materials to factory

- Ensure quality control of raw materials and finished products

- Develop laboratory capacity at site

- Advise Managment on grain combinations to improve product quality (research ability)

- Maintain lab equipment and ensure functionality. Also ensure periodic maintenance and/or repairs as and when necessary

- Responsible for optimal stocking of lab reagents and other lab consumables

- Preparation of peridic reports on operationss to Management

Qualification/Skill requirements

- HND in Lab Technology/Food technology       

- 3 years practical lab work experince

- Proficiency in use of MS applications

- Excellent Interpersonal Skills

4. FINANCE ASSOCIATE/ACCOUNTING OFFICER

- Set up & manage the office financial systems

- Implement accounting & Financial Policies & ensure financial integrity

- Prepare accurate & timely monthly reports & financial statements.

- Cash flow forecasting & Management

- Monthly stock reconcilliation

Qualification/Skill requirements

- B.Sc/HND in Accounting

- Min. of 3 years experience in Accounting, preferably in a manufacturing environment

- Excellent Interpersonal & Communication skills

- Ability to work with minimal supervision.

5. RECEPTIONIST/ADMIN OFFICER

QUALIFICATIONS

Skill requirements

- Minimum OND

- 1 – 2 years relevant work experience

- Proficiency in use of MS applications

- Excellent interpersonal Skills

- General Industrial automation knowledge
